Anna Kohut

Attorney Anna Kohut works in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Before joining the firm, Anna worked as a law clerk for Judge Nannette Baker in the Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals. While in law school, Anna was active in the Women Law Students’ Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. In addition, she has experience in personal injury, employment law and collective bargaining cases.

Anna graduated cum laude in 2008 from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a B.A. in mass communications. She graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law and earned an Academic Excellence Award in Trusts and Estates. While working at SLU’s Legal Clinic, Anna argued and won an Appellant’s Brief involving employment law before the Missouri Court of Appeals. 

Admitted to practice in Missouri, but not in Illinois. Practicing under the supervision of lawyers at Simmons Browder Gianaris Angelides & Barnerd LLC.
