David Miceli
David Miceli has taken a leadership role in a variety of pharmaceutical litigation cases, including a Nutraquest test case that ultimately led to settlements exceeding $35 million for more than 150 plaintiffs.* He was also selected to serve as the plaintiff’s mediation liaison in the Nutraquest case.
David is a founding member of the American Association for Justice’s (formerly ATLA) Cox-2 Litigation Group, and has led client-centric efforts on Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, PPA, Ephedra and Baycol as well. In addition, he has authored several articles on pharmaceuticals and torts, and also has extensive experience in litigating complex medical cases, including medical malpractice and nursing-home neglect cases.
