Deborah Rosenthal

Deborah Rosenthal is a member of the firm's asbestos litigation department, representing clients with mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer. 
 
Deborah was born in Los Angeles, California.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature/Writing from the University of California, San Diego, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.  
 
Prior to joining the Simmons Firm, Deborah represented plaintiffs in asbestos and benzene related injury, personal and psychological injury, and employment discrimination and harassment cases.
 
She also has worked as a journalist and editor for a variety of legal publications.
