John Foley

Attorney John Foley is a key member of the Simmons firm's pharmaceutical litigation department.  He is dedicated to protecting the rights of victims affected by dangerous pharmeceutical drugs like Yaz, Reglan, Chantix, and many others. He has also represented victims poisoned by asbestos exposure.

John graduated from Missouri State University with honors and a B.S. in accounting, and went on to earn his J.D. from Saint Louis University's School of Law.

John has been a member of the Missouri Bar since 2005.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
