Martin J. Mengarelli

Marty has dedicated his entire legal career to representing those who have been injured as a result of negligence by others. He has tried cases in Madison County, St. Clair County, City of St. Louis, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri; and has argued before the Appellate Court for the 5th District of Illinois and the United States 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Marty comes from a blue-collar family. His father was a teamster truck driver for 42 years. Marty worked his way through college and law school as a furniture mover at the same company his father worked. Marty is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served as an operating engineer for Delta Company, 94th Engineering Battalion, 18th Engineer Brigade.
