Matt Petersen

Attorney Matt Petersen joined the Simmons Firm after working in the trust department of one of the four largest U.S. banks. His practice is focused on resolving estate and trust issues related to ongoing litigation.  He also worked for two law firms in Connecticut, specializing in estates and trusts and personal litigation.

Matt completed his undergraduate degree in Spanish at Saint Louis University and a Masters degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Economics at Florida State University.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. 

Admitted to practice in Missouri and Connecticut, but not in Illinois.  Practicing under the supervision of lawyers at Simmons Browder Gianaris Angelides & Barnerd LLC.
