Myles L. Epperson

Simmons Firm shareholder Myles Epperson has dedicated his practice to representing victims of mesothelioma and asbestos-related diseases since joining the Simmons Firm in 2002.  He has recovered millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of clients in Illinois and throughout the country.

Myles graduated cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University 1992 with a double major in political science and business administration. He graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois in 1996. In law school, he was an editor of the law journal and captain of the Trial advocacy moot court team. He also worked in the Alternative Dispute Resolution clinic and worked as a tutor for first-year law students.
