Timothy Thompson, Jr.

Firm partner Tim Thompson dedicates his practice to representing families that have been affected by  mesothelioma, a rare cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Tim has represented numerous clients throughout Illinois, Missouri and the United States, recovering millions of dollars on their behalf.

Tim has vast, firsthand experience handling complex toxic exposure cases. He played a key role in setting up the first benzene docket in Delaware, which was the first mass benzene docket of its kind in the United States.

He has litigated multiple personal injury cases, ranging from automobile accidents to medical malpractice to mass tort claims, including a case that resulted in a $9.25 million wrongful death verdict.
