When it comes to women in the law occupying positions of power, Shareholder Jayne Conroy believes it’s not a matter of special treatment, but of opportunity.
InsideCounsel magazine featured Conroy’s thoughts on how the historical model of the law firm is changing to give women attorneys more opportunities. The article, titled “Traditional law firm model not effective in offering women positions of power,” was published yesterday online.
