Miceli to provide plaintiffs perspective on dangerous Drugs, defective medical Devices
Attorney David Miceli will present during the “New Era of Product Liability Law: Emerging Issues Driving Mass Tort & Environmental Litigation”conference, an event presented by Perrin Conferences on May 5 in New Orleans during Jazz Fest. Miceli is Of Counsel to Simmons Hanly Conroy.
Pharmaceutical Liability Attorney Miceli has extensive experience litigating dangerous drug and medical devices, having served on many multidistrict litigation cases including Chantix, Trayslol and Bextra.
