St. Louis’ largest personal injury law firm selected as finalist for Best Places to Work Award
ST. LOUIS – The Simmons Hanly Conroy, the largest plaintiff personal injury law firm in the St. Louis area, has been recognized as a finalist for the 2012 Best Places to Work Award, presented by the St. Louis Business Journal.
“As a St. Louis law firm dedicated to the welfare of our employees, clients and local community, we are honored to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the area,” said COO Gregg Kirkland. “We are lucky to have such great employees, and I would like to thank them for the part they played helping the firm to be selected as a finalist.”
Businesses were evaluated by confidential, independent surveys completed by employees. They were asked to rank their satisfaction with a variety of factors including level of job responsibility, training opportunities, team celebration, praise from supervisors, level of flexibility and promotions.
Finalists were selected based on their employees’ feedback and organized according to their size, ranging from tiny to giant. The Firm was named as a finalist in the medium category along with Daugherty Business Solutions, Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, JMM, and McCarthy Holdings Inc.
Finalists will be honored with an awards breakfast April 12 at the Living World at the St. Louis Zoo where the winner of each category will be announced. All finalists will be featured in a special section of the April 13 issue of the Business Journal.
