Simmons Hanly Conroy is acting as counsel to Web Tracking Solutions LLC and Daniel Wexler in a patent infringement lawsuit against Google which alleges that the method used by Google to track the number of people who click on advertising publishers’ ads infringes a patent issued to Mr. Wexler as inventor and licensed to Web Tracking. The action was filed in the Eastern District of New York in August.
