Our Approach

At Simmons Hanly Conroy, we do not believe cost should preclude you from protecting your company’s rights or your business interests. From the outset, we will work with you to develop a fee structure that fits your unique needs.

Depending on the specifics of a particular case, we are open to working on a full contingency basis

Traditional business and commercial litigation can be prohibitively expensive. Our complex litigation attorneys, led by named shareholders Paul Hanly and Jayne Conroy, represent businesses in litigation against other businesses on a contingency basis. This allows smaller businesses with limited financial resources to pursue litigations against larger organizations by which they have been harmed.

Depending on the specifics of a particular case, we are open to working on a full contingency basis. Rather than charging hourly rates, we charge you a percentage of your total recovery from the litigation we handle. In other words, we do not win unless you win. When you hire Simmons Hanly Conroy, we want you to know we approach your case as a true partnership between client and attorney. This helps you avoid paying upfront fees for service and helps you avoid having to settle your case or dispute for anything less than it merits.
