Philip E. Proud Joins Simmons Hanly Conroy’s Alton Office as Mesothelioma Attorney

Simmons Hanly Conroy, a national litigation firm, is pleased to announce that Philip E. Proud has joined the firm as an associate in the Alton office, where he focuses his practice on helping those affected by asbestos-related diseases, such as mesothelioma.

Prior to joining the firm, Proud was an attorney with a law firm in St. Louis, where he represented clients in the areas of personal injury, Federal Employers’ Liability Act, products liability, mass torts and class actions.

Proud earned his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester in New York.

Simmons Hanly Conroy represents more families impacted by mesothelioma – an aggressive form of cancer linked to asbestos exposure – and files more mesothelioma cases every year than any other law firm in the country.
