Asbestos Case Investigator
One Court Street
Alton, IL
62002
Andrew Browder is a member of our team of Asbestos Case Investigators at Simmons Hanly Conroy. As such, he is responsible for gathering details about a client’s asbestos exposure and medical history. Andrew travels around the country to meet in-person with potential mesothelioma clients to discuss their case and walk them through the legal documents. These details and documents allow the legal team to get started on a claim immediately.
Andrew has been with Simmons Hanly Conroy for over a decade. He has helped thousands of families begin the process of looking into a potential case for themselves or their loved ones. Andrew is dedicated to holding companies responsible for exposing their workers to asbestos.
Families say he brings a calming, assuring and sensitive approach to all of his interactions. It is fair to say that he works in the “family business” as Andrew works closely with his brother, Perry Browder who leads all the asbestos trial teams for the firm as the Chair of the Asbestos Department.
After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Andrew studied marketing at Arizona State University. He met his wife, Susan, while working in Kansas City, and the two moved back to Chicago where they stayed for 16 years. During that time, they had two sons – Tate, who loves reading and music, and Quin, who loves rock climbing and traveling.
Andrew currently lives with his family in Boulder, Colorado, where he remains a diehard Chicago Bears fan. When he’s not traveling, Andrew likes to stay in shape by getting out to enjoy the Colorado sunshine and attending CrossFit classes. He’s also “a bit obsessed” with classic cars and motorcycles, loves gardening and ran the rim-to-rim crossing of the Grand Canyon twice.
“If you’ve never seen the Grand Canyon, you should,” Andrew said. “It’s breathtaking!”
