Attorney Aiden Napp focuses his practice on asbestos and mesothelioma litigation in the firm’s Alton, Illinois office.

He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence, ensuring they understand their options and feel supported at every stage of their case.

“I know the legal process can be confusing, but I strive to provide an open line of communication and keep clients informed every step of the way,” said Aiden.

Serving Families Impacted by Asbestos Exposure

As a member of the firm’s Asbestos Department, Aiden supports individuals and families whose lives have been upended by asbestos-related diseases like mesothelioma.

He aims to hold negligent companies accountable for exposing people to asbestos and to secure compensation that can help families with medical bills, funeral costs, and other financial burdens brought on by mesothelioma.

“I’m grateful to be in a position that allows me to help people through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives,” said Aiden.

Aiden works alongside a team of experienced asbestos attorneys, investigators, and other legal professionals who collaborate to build strong cases for clients nationwide. Together, they are committed to securing justice for those they serve.

Our clients deserve the best representation possible, and that is exactly what they can expect from our mesothelioma law firm,” said Aiden. “I greatly appreciate the quality of people I work with.”

Background & Experience

Aiden attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, where he graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Science. He went on to earn his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law.

While in law school, Aiden gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience as a law clerk with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He also served as a clerk monitor in Madison County’s Problem Solving Court.

Prior to joining Simmons Hanly Conroy full-time, Aiden worked as a summer associate at the firm. This role allowed him to participate in hands-on training focused on trial strategy, the use of artificial intelligence in litigation, and understanding case dynamics — experience that continues to shape his approach to advocating for clients today.
