Mitchell Breit is Co-Chair of the American Association For Justice’s Medical Device Litigation Group. He previously authored an article for Trial Magazine on medical device litigation entitled The Beat Goes On, Trial Magazine 16 (June 2010). He has been a frequent panelist at national seminars on medical device and pharmaceutical litigation.
