Simmons Hanly Conroy Shareholders Support Brain Injury Association of Missouri

The Firm is proud to be a diamond sponsor of the 24th Annual Brain Injury Association of Missouri Charity Golf Tournament. Tee off takes place at noon this Sunday, Aug. 21, at the Norman K Probstein Community Golf Course in Forest Park.

Brain injury can affect all aspects of an individual’s life, including cognitive functioning, physical abilities, social interactions, and personality changes. As a result, many survivors of brain injury face daily challenges with everyday activities such as eating, personal care, communication, mobility, education and much more.

The 24th Annual BIAMO Charity Golf Tournament is a challenge for participants to ‘Drive It Home’ and help provide services of support, education, recreation and advocacy for survivors of brain injury and their families.

Founder & Chairman John Simmons and Shareholder John Barnerd will play in the event. Proceeds from the tournament will help the charity promote its mission to reduce the incidence of brain injury and provide support to persons with brain injuries as well as support their families and caregivers. The firm’s $7,500 sponsorship will help underwrite operating costs of summer camp for 20 survivors of brain injury.
