Simmons Hanly Conroy Attorney Jenny Paulson among 2023 Missouri Lawyers Media’s ‘Up & Coming’ Honorees

ALTON, Ill. – Simmons Hanly Conroy, one of the nation’s largest mass torts firms and a national leader in the legal representation of mesothelioma patients and their families, is pleased to announce that firm Associate Jenny Paulson is among the winners of Missouri Lawyers Media’s 2023 Up & Coming Awards.

“We are very pleased to acknowledge Jenny’s many achievements that have earned her recognition as one of this year’s Missouri Lawyers Media Up & Coming, top young attorneys in the state,” said Laurence V. Nassif, Managing Shareholder of Simmons Hanly Conroy.

The Up & Coming Awards recognize early-career lawyers from throughout Missouri who demonstrate professional excellence while making a positive impact on their profession and communities. Age 40 or younger or within their first 10 years of practice, the honorees have demonstrated professional accomplishment, skill, leadership beyond their years, and extraordinary commitment to their communities through volunteer service and leadership.

Paulson focuses her practice on consumer class action lawsuits. She advocates for the rights of consumers against large corporations in support of everyday people who have been wronged in data privacy cases. In particular, Paulson represents groups of people against companies that track, use, and monetize peoples’ private and sensitive information without their knowledge or consent.

Paulson received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from Southern Illinois University School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University.

She has been a board member of the Federal Bar Association for the Southern District of Illinois for the last four years. As a member of the chapter’s Women in the Law Committee, Paulson promotes the professional development of women in the legal profession.
