John Barnerd discussed asbestos litigation in Delaware during the panel, “Where are the New & Emerging Venues?” Meanwhile, Robert Phillips helped lead the discussion on bankruptcy in asbestos litigation during “The Role of Trusts in the Asbestos Compensation System.”
